National Honor Society
Requirements for membership:
Students must be a junior or senior with a GPA of 3.7 or higher.
The application must demonstrate examples of leadership and service with references.
Students must demonstrate exemplary character inside and outside of the classroom.
What does it entail?
Students who are inducted must maintain their 3.7 GPA to remain a member.
Students who are inducted will complete 5 hours of service activities each semester. Two of the hours must be through opportunities provided by the advisor. The other three must be completed outside of school.
NHS students must also maintain a strong record of character and leadership. Disciplinary actions may be taken for inappropriate conduct such as cheating, violating the athletic code, etc.
New members will be inducted in the fall.

Bell ringing for the Salvation Army
Help at grade school carnivals and events
Track or Treat
Cards for Veterans
